Danielle Abrams, Executive Director – Danielle joined the CACECM staff in December 2010. Prior to joining the center, Danielle spent 13 years with the Children's Division as an investigator and a supervisor and most recently, the Circuit Manager of the St. Charles County Children's Division. Cara Combs, Prevention Specialist, Sullivan – Cara joined the CACECM in July of 2010. Prior to this Cara worked at Jewish Family and Children’s Services as a Child Abuse Prevention Assistant. In addition, Cara completed an internship with CASA of St. Louis County and is a certified parent educator for Parents as Teachers. Cara looks forward to graduating from Maryville University in 2011 with a B.S. in Psychology and Sociology. Kathy Hartmann, Family Advocate, Sullivan – Kathy joined the CACECM in late August 2006. Kathy received her Family Advocate Certification from Missouri State University. Prior to joining the CACECM, Kathy worked in a medical office, insurance company and at Boys & Girls Town of Missouri. Kathy is pursuing a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from University of Phoenix. She is married and has three beautiful children. Courtney Hensic, Forensic Interviewer, Sullivan- Courtney joined the CACECM in January 2010. Prior to joining the center, Courtney worked with the foster care program at Edgewood Children's Center. Courtney has a B.A. degree in Psychology from St. Louis University and is currently pursuing her M.A. in Counseling from Webster University. Pam Musgrave, Forensic Interview, DeSoto/Farmington- Pam joined the CACECM in August 2007. Prior to joining the center Pam worked as an Investigator for three years with the Jefferson County Children’s Division. Pam has her B.S. degree in Criminal Justice from Southeast Missouri State University. Pam enjoys spending time with her husband, step-daughter, and two cats. Sarah Nowak, Mental Health Coordinator, Sullivan- Sarah joined the CACECM in October 2006. Sarah began her career with the Juvenile Office in Franklin County Missouri as a liaison between their office and the Children’s Division. Sarah has a B.S. degree in Psychology from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale and a M.S. in Counseling from Missouri Baptist University. Sarah is a Licensed Professional Counselor. Sarah and her husband welcomed their first son in 2009. Sarah spends her free time helping with her family’s businesses in Washington and Sullivan. She also enjoys scrapbooking and dartball. Deanna Ryan, Family Advocate, DeSoto – Deanna joined the CACECM in September 2006. Deanna is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice through the University of Phoenix. Deanna has over 20 years of experience as an administrative assistant in commercial and credit management services. She enjoys spending time with her two children. Kelly Tesson, Family Advocate, Farmington- The CACECM welcomed Kelly to our newest center in Farmington in August 2010. Kelly has a BS in Psychology from Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau, MO. Prior to coming to the CACECM, Kelly worked as a Deputy Juvenile Officer in the 24th Circuit. Kelly also has worked as a Community Support Worker on a children’s team and as a school social worker for the Farmington R-7 School District. She is married and has three grown children and one step-son. Kelly spends her free time following her husband’s hobbies of drag racing, truck pulling and rebuilding his 55 Chevy.
